My local files from PC won't syn

From a week until now, my spotify stoped to sync local files from my PC. It was working just fine, until I deleted my playlist and wiped the cache.

I tried the firewall solution, creating new playlists, uninstall the app from android and from PC, but nothing worked.

I am using an ASUS Zenfone 2 with android 5.0, with Spotify 4.5.0.820

This is a very commom problem, and It seems that Spotify doesn't care to solve.

Tried using Ubuntu Linux, worked just fine. Spotify clearly have a problem with Windows.
