My Question or Issue

My Playlist is grayed out on both my Samsung Galxy A13 and my Onn tablet.

Have had on my phone for quite some time with no problems, until today.

Before seeing this issue on my phone today, I installed Spotify free version on my Onn tablet.  Has my Playlist grayed out.  Tried uninstalling,  restarting Tablet and reinstalling.  Still grayed out.

That's when I checked my Playlist on my phone and discovered it's now grayed out there as well. 

I just cleared all apps cache on my phone yesterday.

Thanks for reaching out. 

 

We'd first suggest making sure that you're reinstalling the app directly from the Google Play Store and/or the official app store for both of your devices. 

 

If this doesn't do the trick, could you let us know if this is the only affected playlist and send over a screenshot of how things look from your end? Make sure to hide any private info from it. 

 

We'll be on the lookout.
