New device - songs missing

New device - songs missing

I just got a new phone, and installed- and logged onto Spotify with my Premium account, and all my playlists are missing. Should this information, albeit not downloaded, be transferred with my subscription?

Is there some "sync this device with your subscription"-function that I am unable to find?

Welcome at the Spotify Community!

 

Are you sure you've logged in to the right account? It's quite easy to create an duplicate account by accident.

Also check that you haven't logged in with a Facebook account instead of Spotify account - or Vica Versa
