No Internet Connection

I don't have Spotify Premium so I use WIFI to listen to music. Spotify connects to my home WIFI and works perfectly. Although when I connect to a different WIFI I am unable to use Spotify as it apparently has 'No Internet Connection' I go on other internet apps and they work fine. How do I fix this problem and listen to spotify on any WIFI connection? (HTC Desire 510)

I assume it's not another home wifi but one at work, college or a public wifi? If so, it's likely that only ports 80 & 8080 are open and the ports used by spotify to stream music aren't.
