Description

I frequently get the "No Internet Connection Available" message when on 4G LTE (T-Mobile). I'm unable to search or play any music that I have not downloaded. I do not notice this issue when on 2G or 3G. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify. Sometimes I can "trick" Spotify by turning 2G on, starting the song, and then going back to 4G, and the song will continue playing - but sometimes the song will stop. I am able to browse websites normally while this is going on.

 

What are the steps you took to get to the error/issue?

Open Spotify on Android

Get a message stating No Internet Connection Available when on 4G.

I do not receive the message on 2G/3G and everything works normally.

 

What I expected to happen

I expect to be online - all other internet on my mobile device works.

Hi. Can I just check something. If you leave the "Download over 2G/3G" switch on, does it stream without any problems? If so, is there a downside to leaving it on permanently for you?
