No Library on Galaxy s7 edge

Hello there,

After downloading spotify on my s7 edge there is no option to either save a song for offline play on my phone, nor is there a section where I can choose from "artist. Song. album" etc. Additionally, my desktop app only has 4 artists saved to it, despite there being over 1500 songs saved in my music. 

Maybe these things are connected? Is there anyway to get all the same songs on my desktop to my phone?

I did try searching yes, mostly Google which threw up this thread and not much else. I just threw a reply in here in a rush
