Many times I get this on my Android phone: no internet connection. Then the playlist greys out, and the whole app goes to sleep. While the playlist is available, while cache works, and while I do have a super fast and stable 4G internet connection - other apps simply work.
I have a paid subscription, since many years. And then suddenly when the Spotify network is probably slow, I get locked out of everything because they need to check if I have a valid subscription? Can't you trust me for one minute?

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app. If you're still having trouble, please let me know your device name and operating system so I can a look.
Also, send me a screenshot of the error messages being shown (make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community).
