No se oye

hola, soy de México y tengo una cuenta premium.

Hoy actualicé la aplicación en mi autoestereo con Android 9 y dejaron de escucharse las canciones, se reproducen pero no se escuchan.

Nunca me había pasado eso y sólo me sucede ahora en el autoestereo.

Ayuda por favor.

Welcome to the Community and thanks for bringing this to our attention. Hope you don't mind us replying in English.

Could you try restarting your phone to see if that makes any difference for you?

It's also a good idea to perform a clean reinstall of the app with the steps here.


If that doesn't solve the issue, could you let us know if you experience this on 3/4G, Wi-Fi or both? 
If a family member has a Spotify account, it could also be a good idea to ask them to log in on your device to see if the app behaves the same way.
