No sequential play though I have premium

Hi!
I have the premium subscription but I can only shuffle play albums when I'm on my Samsung Galaxy 5 mobile phone. I expected to be able to play them sequentially.

Hi there!

 

Please try the following:

 

1. Log off and try logging back on

2. Check whether your desktop app has your profile as being premium

 

Let me know what's the outcome.

Hi!

 

Yes, my account is "Spotify Premium" when I look on the desktop. Log out and log in from/to the Spotify app on my mobile phone didn't change anything, still just "Shuffle Play". You can see how it looks like in the attachment.

The Shuffle Play will not change if you are premium.
In order to have sequential play, click on the first song. And make sure the shuffle icon as shown in the screenshot below is not green.

Snuffle play is there for ease 🙂

Hi!

Ok, I have found the shuffle icon now so I can control the play behaviour. Why can't the play mode be reflected in the text of the play button? Now, it's quite confusing and missleading. Also, why not make the play button toggleble between shuffle and sequential play? Holding or swiping the button should change the play mode I think!
