No sound using bluetooth

I got a Samsung galaxy S3

I've used it for a long time to play music from spotify on different devises.

Now suddenly it doesn't work no more

Phone plays music on internal speaker, but as soon as I turn on BT it goes silent.

I've tried it in my car, protable speaker and headset. All has worked before, but now they are all silent. Timer on song is still going, and volume is turned on.

Please help.
