No space left in storage

Hi,

I've got a wileyfox swift 2 plus phone. Runs android 7.1.1. 30 gig internal storage and I also formatted a 60gig card to work as part of the system. So the card can only work with this phone. Although I have e a lot of empty space in both card and phone , Spotify is telling me that storage is full when I try to download. Any ideas anyone ?

Is the precise error message "Insufficient Storage Available" when you try to download? If so, its a generic android system error message which crops up when there is insufficient free space in one of the buckets of memory - system, internal and external storage. Try using an app like Ccleaner or App Cache Cleaner to free up space.
