Not all tracks in playlist syncing to device

I'm having an issue where the songs in my playlist won't sync to my GS3. It's only downloading about 45% of the playlist and saying it's complete but it's not.

Are any of the tracks in that playlist local files which you have on your computer?

I just looked through my playlist and some I do have locally and some I do not. Some of these are for newer tracks for things that were just release in the past few days. I've tried an undownload and redownload and still get the same results.
