Offline Download Issues

There is a problem, it says i have it offline on 3 other devices, but my account management doesnt show any at all, how do i fix it, as of right now i have to download everything everyday, and, im not willing to do that

its said that after i chose to log out of all places possible and after deleting devices on both Facebook and Spotify accound, and changing password on both accounts
