Green arrow question

What exactly is the green arrow at the song meaning . I first thought this are offline synced songs. But i also have songs wich have no arrow and are playing if i am offline. Please see at the screenshot:

Can't view any artists singles on Spotify

Recently i have not been able to view singles for any artists on their page. When i search up the single i could find it but i cant see it on the artists page. Any fixes for this? Im using the most current android version btw.

Can't play music on my android phone

Lo que sucede es que hay algunas canciones que no se reproducen en spotify no estan en gris y nada pero si busco alguna otra version de la cancion si se reproduce y no se porque. Me prodrian ayudar
