Offline Mode - aaaaaaaaarrrggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!

I have a laptop, Samsung GS2 and an Asus Transformer Prime running ICS.

The phone and laptop work fine, but the tablet will never stay online for long, even when I am on a stable wifi connection and have logged out on all other devices.

I actually had it up and running on the laptop and opened it and played something on the GS2 and it logged me out saying my account was being used elseswhere (the laptop was on wifi and the phone on 3G).

Any thoughts on why the connection on my tablet is so unstable?  I use the login name and do not have any links to facebook or otherwise and am a subscriber to the Premium service.
