Offline Playlist/Albums not avaiable

Hey,

within the last weeks in realized a huge problem. As soon as I leave my house and my Wifi discconects and I start spotify to listen to my offline music while driving car, it says the songs are not avaiable offline. Even though the green downloaded symbol is shown before the songs.

This does not always happens. Sometime i can listen to my playlist offline without any problems and sometimes it tell me they ae not downloaded.

Is this a known problem or does anyone know what I can try to fix this?

im sorry but i think this problem is not spootifys problem, it can be your device.... but have you tryed 2 delete the app and re download it? if not try it out!

As @AdrianAuke mentions, try uninstall /reinstall to see if the same thing happens.

Are you using yor SD card for saving your offline content? If so, try using the internal memory to see if the problem persists.
