Offline content disappears frequently

Hi,

I have the latest Android app on three different devices. Since the beginning I have had problems with all  three devices that my offline content disappears, ALL SONGS!

I use Spotify mainly when I run (in Air-plane mode so nothing can disturb me..) or long-haul flights. Quite cumbersome when mid-air or during a run-session the music stops because no offline content are longer available!!!

This bug will most def makes me go to another provider especially given that I have just found out that there is no way to contact you other than this forum............
