Offline mode not working.

I downloaded the new spotify app and now when I want to listen offline like in my car it says please go online now to confirm. I have no idea what that means. I went to the site but there's nothing there that lets me confirm. I pay the 10$ a month to listen offline but now i cant. I have a S4 if that matters. If anyone knows any solutions that'd be awesome.

Have you downloaded music to your mobile for offline listening? Any chance of a screen capture showing this?
