Hi!

 

    I´d a Samsung Galaxy Note III with Android 4.4.2.

If I need to reset my cellphone to factory configurations (keeping the SD card intact) my offline content will stay ok?

How can I resync the files after reinstall Spotify?

Unfortunately not as the encryption key will be broken so you will need to delete the folder 'ext_sd/Android/data/com.spotify.mobile' from your sd card before reinstalling the app. You will then have to re-download your offline content
