Offline playlist will not play

I made a playlist of songs from spotify's database and am trying to play them offline and it will not work. I made it an offline playlist too. Also it has that green download arrow next under the playlist name next to the number of track on the playlist. It says only local files synced on the spotify software but I thought I can listen to offline playlists now since the news came out a few weeks ago about spotfiy doing that. And it worked a week ago.
