Option to turn volume leveling off?

I found a feature idea requesting to implement normalization or volume leveling for Spotify mobile versions. It would seem that this feature is now implemented. This is practical when you're listening in shuffle mode, but it sometimes degrades sound quality. Here's one good example:

Johann Sebastian Bach – Aus der Tiefen rufe ich, Herr, zu dir, BWV 131: Israel, hoffe auf den Herrn ...

Listen to that at 0.11 (when the chorus sings "Israel" for the third time) using the Android app. The sound is badly muffled in the loudest parts. Now compare it to the PC version (and make sure "Set the same volume level for all tracks" is turned OFF). The sound is clear and dynamic, just like it should be.

So, is it possible to turn the volume leveling off in the Android version? I can't find an option for it. Thanks.
