Partial Sync

I have the Spotify app for my android phone and have set a few playlists to sync for offline use.  The sync starts and finishes and I assume I'm all set, but when I go into the phone I see it decided not to sync some files.  Usually the ones not synced are files I see on my computer are "linked" (but still local files), but not always.  There are a handful of regular local (not-linked) songs it just decided not to sync.  

Every time I add to a playlist or change which ones are offline it starts to sync telling me it's going to sync the ones that I'm still waiting on (e.g. saying its on 1/14 when I only added one file to an offline playlist and the other 13 are left from before) but it never actually syncs those files just the one I just added.  I'm left with 13 greyed out tracks on my offline playlists even though they're local on my computer!

Infuriating! Any ideas on how to fix it?

Sadly i have the same difficulties.  In addition, i have sporadically  the problem that dowloaded lists get unloaded.

To Spotify: Is this a BUG, or to do with offline cache size?

If cache size, can we increase the limit?
