Looks like you're viewing the supported payment methods for starting a recurring subscription that auto-renews monthly. If you'd rather make a one-time payment instead, head over to the Prepay section - you'll find additional payment methods there.
In case you don't see this as an option, go to https://spotify.com/premium, scroll down to the desired plan and select it - that should do the trick.
Also, make sure the webpage's region is set correctly. Something else that's worth trying is opening the Premium landing page via another browser/device.
