If you've spoken to our support team and they have issued you a refund, then everything should be processed from Spotify side. You can always check the status of all payments on the receipts page. If the refund has been successfully issued, but the sum is still missing, then reach out to your payment provider as only they can have further info on the status of this. It can take several days for this process to complete for some providers, so if enough time has passed, consider reaching out to them for further information.
