Would you mind confirming exactly which troubleshooting steps you've already gone through? We'd like to know so that we can continue with any other relevant steps that might be helpful. 

It'd also be of great help if you could send over the make, model, the exact OS version and Spotify app version running on the affected device. 

Lastly and if you haven't already, make sure Spotify has all the relevant permissions granted on your phone settings.
