We'd first recommend trying a clean reinstallation of the app following the steps for your device in this Spotify Answer.
It'd be also a good idea checking if the issue persists if you close any apps running in the background and open only Spotify.
Further, does this happen in a certain internet connection? If it works with another connection, we recommend contacting the service provider of the original network for more information.
If you're still having troubles, it'd be also helpful if you could share a screenrecording of what's happening so we can take a closer look. Just make sure that there's no private/sensitive info displayed when posting in the Community.
