Play stops with 30 seconds of song left

I have been using the Android app for about a year, with only a few issues.  However, over the last two weeks, I can only play one song at a time, and each song stops playing with about 30 seconds remaining.

I cannot press play, pause, next, or back.  I have to either return to the playlist or search for a new artist and select a new song, which in turn, will do the same darn thing the last song did.

Any help is greatly appreciated.  I am at the point of cancelling my premium subscription, despite really loving the service when it works.

I've been having the same problem. I went through all of the recommended steps. Also, after reinstall spotify stops playing with 30 seconds of track left then logs me out.

Fixed - I was out of space on my phone. Spotify must cache on your internal storage. I thought I had space, but I had a couple big files in my lost.dir folder.
