Playing video on remote control unit stops Spotify

Hi all!

So suddenly, after the last upgrade there is a thing happening that is really annoying.

I normally run Spotify on my computer but controll it from my Android phone or pad.

But now, when I start a video on the phone or pad it stops the playback on spotify from the computer. 

I have to go back to the Spotify window on the phone/pad to restart it.

I've verified that it is actually this that happens by taking the pad offline and then starting a stored video and then spotify continues playing not being able to receive the "stop signal"

This is very annoying, is there any workaround?
