Playlist creation failure

I tried to create a playlist from an album. I do this all the time, but this time this is what happened: after I confirmed the name of a playlist, it did not appear on the list of my playlists, I only get a message which says: "loading".

I was doing this via Android app, but now I get the same message also on Web player and in application (see the screenshot - the word in red rectangle means "loading...").

I can't access that playlist, I can't delete it, and every now and then Spotify app tries to download the songs in the playlist saying it's downloading 0 of 0 songs 🙂

Is there any way to delete such "almost created" playlist?
