Playlist not downloading

When i try downloading my playlist it nevers download. Does anyone know why? 😕

Hi chaundra - Currently your account is on our free service. Users need to upgrade to Premium in order to sync offline playlists to a mobile device. 

You can make that upgrade easily via your subscription page. For more info on what each subscription includes just click here.

My playlists are not downloading either, Spotify doesn't recognize i have a premium account. I have reinstalled both the android app and the desktop app to no success.

Also when in the desktop app i click the upgrade button which takes me to a page saying I have an active spotify premium account.

ToberNZ - We had some slight server issues on Sunday evening. You should now be receiving your full Premium service.

Just be sure to log in with your FB email and password.
