Playlist sorting options

I want to move songs fromm Playlist catagory to Song catagory. I can not find an option to simply move song or folder from one catagory to another

There's no easy way to do this. You need to save the songs you want added to your library then remove them from your playlist. This would probably be quicker using the desktop client on a PC.

Are songs sorted when placed into the "Song" catagory? I believe I have
accepted that I will have to delete and start over

Default is by artist name but you can also sort on song title or date added.
