Playlists are getting deleted by themselves.

Went to my playlists and all of them were gone, so I went to the website to restore them. This is the second time now my playlists has been deleted by themselves. I restored them but now they won't download.

If the playlists are vanishing completely, you should get in touch with spotify here.

If, however, your playlists are still there but your downloaded music is undownloading, this seems to be a common issue and you'll find plenty of existing threads about this if you scan the forum or do a search.
