My Question or Issue

Hi!

In just recently bought a chromebook and downloaded Spotify, logged in as usual and all my playlists were missing. How can I have my 50something playlists on my phone and not on my chromebook?

Hey @HanDerre

Thanks for reaching out on the Community about this.

It's possible that you have 2 accounts with us that are logged in on your two devices.

You can check your log in details with the steps here and make sure you're logged in on your Chromebook with the same details as the one on your phone.

If you're logged in on the correct accounts on both devices, we'd recommend logging out and in again 2 times to force a sync between the account and your device.

Keep us posted on how it goes.

One question, why can't I sort playlists and songs within playlists
alphabeticly in Chromebook?
Thx in advance,
Thor

Hi there @HanDerre,

Thank you for your swift reply.

You should be able to sort your songs by name by choosing the option "Title" in the sorting options inside a playlist.

If you're not able to do it this way, please send us a screenshot showing what you see inside your playlists, or give us more details about what's happening on your side.
