Playlists constantly redownloading

I have five playlists downloaded to my phone that I know haven't been updated with new music. However, everytime I open the app on WiFi, they automatically end up redownloading. Sometimes I don't notice that it's happening, so if I leave a spot with Wifi then I end up with greyed out playlists that I'm unable to use offline. How do I stop this from happening?

Could you try going here and removing all your offline devices? Note that you'll have to re-download all your music for offline listening.
