My Question or Issue

My Playlists are not visible under my library on the android app after upgrading to premium. They, however, do show up on the web player. Anybody know how to fix this?

thanks for posting !

 

The issue you're describing soungs like you might have more than one account.

To make sure you don't/logged into the right one, please visit your account overview at Spotify.com and click "Sign Out Everywhere".

 

Next step would be using this help page to locate all accounts listed with your details and making sure the when you log back in, you use the right credentials on all accounts.

Hi,

No, I only have 1 account, dont sign in via Facebook, however, clearing out cache and re-installing the app worked and my playlists are now visible, however, when playing a song, the menu / ui changes between premium and free, whereby I dont see all the options to pause/repeat/ skip. I just get the play/pause button / shuffle / and heart, to like a song.

 

It's highly irritating.
