Playlists playing in random order NO MATTER WHAT

I've tried suggestions from previous questions of a similar nature, but I cannot get my playlists to play in the order in which I have them in my playlists. Not on my android device, desktop app or the web player.

It's driving me crazy. It's really important that the songs play in the correct order. It really shouldn't be this hard to do it.

Is there an actual working solution to this? I've tried clearing my queue but this doesn't work.
