I logged into my account and saw that I can't play a single song and absolutely all playlists are empty. I don't know what this could be connected with. Moreover, this problem is only in the application. There is no such problem on the website. What should I do to fix my account? I have already reinstalled the app.

The playlists are empty. Liked tracks don't even appear. No track is available at all. Tried tinkering with settings, clean reinstall. Web player works fine, when logged in on another account everything works. The registration and location are the same country. Has been like that for 3 days already.

The web version works normally and I didn't interact with the age verification flow recently.
The problem is the same as described by others: the playlists come up empty, both mine and others, and I cannot search for anything, nor therefore listen to anything. I have tried updating the phone's system, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the problem persists.

Nope still broken for me at least seems like this is happening to a lot of people so hopefully they fix it soon.

It's not just me, but I'm having problems with my Spotify account on my phone.

When I try to access my account it tells me that they are having a problem accessing through my traditional method which is Facebook, so I decide to enter through my phone number, but when I enter the playlists, whatever, they are empty and do not play anything.

I created a new account and without problem, this new account works normally, the problem is my main account.

Hi there, I have this issue, started out of the blue 3 days ago, no Spotify updates I could notice, tried everything:
Country in my profile is the same I'm in (Turkey), didn't have to do anything here.
Clearing cache (multiple times)
Clean reinstall (multiple times)
Still no songs in none of spotify playlists or mine...
Any other thoughts?

On the app the playlist dont have songs on it also my likes are gone, i tried looking for it on other post and done everything they say to fix it from doing a clean delete to checking my country, it works on chrome and other devices the only problem is with the app on my phone

Hi there hope to have solutions. When I log in to the main account the playlist show empty and can't play any music. But when I using the same device to sign up a new account using new email, the new account can play the playlist.
