Playlists won't show up

I put together a few playlists on my iPhone and made sure they were available offline but I cannot download them on my iPod, they don't even show up in my playlists section...any solutions?

I have exactly the same on all my devices. My playlists no longer displayed, but they are still in my profile.

I tried to reset Spotify but they are not displayed at the end.
