Playlists

Playlists

I had 4 different playlist. I haven't been on Spotify in a couple of days. Today, Friday July 15th I go to spotify and, I now have lost all 4 playlist. WHERE DID THEY GO ?

Hi @user-removed!

 

Sorry to hear about your problem, maybe this might sot you out:

 

Firstly, try pressing Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac). If that doesn't restore it, see below.

 

  1. Go to https://spotify.com/account/recover-playlists and login if you're not already logged in.
  2. Find the playlist in the list - you're given the date the playlist was deleted, the name and the number of tracks in the list to help identify the correct list.
  3. Click the restore button.

It is that simple. You should see the playlist in the client immediately, but if you do not, log out and back in again to make it resync with the server.

 

If your playlists are still there and there's a plus mark next to many of the songs, this can likely be easily fixed.

clean reinstallation of Spotify usually resolves this issue.
