Please FIX: upper spotify bar widget not works

, I use android 4.4.2 (note3, but same on 5.1.1 and 6.0.1 devices):
the upper spotify bar widget stops to work after a while. Buttons of that bar's widget works (can be pressed) but nothing happened. Especially can't use X (disable spotify) or next song. Also I have a request: could you add option for android APP for tracks order by user? When tracks are added to playlist the order is like they were added (only sorting by name, time etc is possible) but could you add that option like it is for queue (tracks in queue could be moved) ? Dezzer has got such option for track-in-playlist order in web player where tracks in playlist could be rearranged any time (double click on track and move to new place in current playlist) then such modified playlist could be also present in android app. Could you make same
