Podcast Episode Won't Load

I follow multiple podcasts and have run into this issue many times. I select a certain episode, the app will try to load it, and then skip to the next one. Sometimes the episode is downloaded, sometimes not. I have tried listening to other episodes and podcasts and have no problem.
