I just upgraded to premium and it still says I am free on the APP. On the online webpage it says I am a premium member and I received the Spotify premium member receipt in my email inbox.
I signed in and out five times. I uninstalled the app three times. My premium membership will not work. I frustrated because I'm spending too much time trying to fix this when I can be listening to music and other things!
Hi, I understand your frustration. Do note that premium can take a while to replicate through the different servers controlling the different access types for Spotify. So for example if signing up through the Android app you may get premium instantly on Android but it may take an hour or so to register on the pc.
Make sure you give at least an hour from upgrading and then contact support as Matt had suggested
