My Question or Issue
I have been using Spotify Premium for years and for a few months on my new phone.
Very recently, with no clear cause, I can no longer download songs to my device. A pop up appearance telling me is a Premium service and to get Spotify Premium now.
I've checked my account and the Premium account is paid for and active. I've tried signing out of the app and back in again, which I saw recommended, but this did not help.
I have not noticed my Premium service being otherwise affected.
