Premium not working

Premium not working

Upgraded to premium, have the receipt. Does not seem to be working, still have ads and still says to upgrade. I tried clicking upgrade again and it showed I was already premium, I've tried everything I've found so far on this site and no dice. I've seen many similar posts. Various solutions. please help.

I don't think Spotify should be saying everything is working when it clearly isn't. Spotify is obvioulsy very badly afflicted by faults now. It's not working properly on my PC, phone or Ipod Touch.

I have not been able to use my premium acct on my droid x since yesterday, but can on my net book over wifi. Frustrated. Sent in support request, but wondering how long will it take me to get back to using my mobile At least I also have rhapsody, but I like spotify better when it works

Have you tried logging out and back in again?

I have premium (just paid my first month) and my app on my android says I don't have premium...I have no trouble logging in and I've logged in and out several times...what needs to be done to get things working properly?

Exactly the same problem here. Works fine on computer, but doesn't on Sony Xperia S... Keep saying I have no license for offline-mode. But I have a premium account since yesterday morning...

There may be a delay on my account also, but it's also saying i can't stream because I'm not on premium but I just paid for it

not sure if its the delay im hearing about but i just got the premium account 30 day free trial and my phones telling me i havent updated and i can only listen to radio, kinda kills the point of upgrading wanted spotify for a 2 day car drive, hopefully starts working soon

Try logging out, fully restarting your phone and then logging in again.

I'm having the same issues. Tried connecting on my iPad and iPhone and its telling me I'm not a premium user when I have been for a few months. I've tried logging off and logging and logging back on. Very very frustrating I don't want to cancel my subscription but will if I can't log in. Also I can't find any place to contact help

Hmm sounds weird, maybe you got another account. You can check at your Online Profile if you still have Premium.

 

You can also contact the Customer Online Support to have a look at it.

If you get an automated answer, just reply directly to it.

Hi Gretchmariewcs - What's happened is your December payment couldn't go through. 

 

While i can see you've now updated your card details, you need to subscribe again. That way our system knows it's OK to try and take another payment. 

 

Just head over to your subscription page.

Premium just stopped working out of no where and im not sure why..please help!

@MattyDHimself - When you follow step 1 you'll see you last payment has gone through successfully. All you need to do is update your payment details and subscribe again. 

You should shut up.... Search before posting??? I pay 10€ a month to have a service that doesn't work and there is no support service here,,,, crapppp

Also if you don't post any details here, how should users like me or Spotify moderators help you?

But you're right... for 10 euros a months you should expect to get a personal Spotify agent sent home to you, to check out your problems personally so it saves you the trouble to use the search function... Get real.


And no, I'm not working for Spotify.

Mine worked a couple oof hours ago, but then i got my new iphone 5 and my premium - which i know i have - just disappeared. My phone says "Spotify Premium is requierd for on-demand mobile streaming. It's free to sream on desktop." and my coputer keeps feeding me with advertising. 

 

How do i fix it?

I signed up for the 30-day trial, and since then ive upgraded to a monthly subscription. However when I try to play my playlist it says "Only premium users can stream on demand on mobile" and when I click "get premium" it shows that I am subscribed to premium already. I have already requested a solution to this once, now im paying for a service i'm not recieving. Very frustrating!
