Upgraded to premium, have the receipt. Does not seem to be working, still have ads and still says to upgrade. I tried clicking upgrade again and it showed I was already premium, I've tried everything I've found so far on this site and no dice. I've seen many similar posts. Various solutions. please help.

Hi! I dont know where to look for help. Have been paying for spotify premium for almost 4 months but it does not worl. There is a text saying: Spotify premium is required for on-demand mobile streaming. It's free to stream on desktop. I Have tried login in on my mobile, comupter and Ipad. Can anyone help me?

Is your account showing as premium on your online overview?
If not, you are not logging into the account you are paying for. Its amazingly easy to accidentally have two accounts, once with a Spotify username and another via your Facebook details, so check all of the details you can think of! If you still can't find your premium account, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I have just upgraded to the spotify premium with the 30 day trial, but it doesnt seem to be working (still ads and no offline content 😞 ).
Any help would be appreciated. i have already tried logging off and on again and reinstalling spotify.

@B0ast1 Do you use a facebook login on the desktop or a spotify username? If it's afacebook loging are you also using the facebook button to log in on your android?
@stucarb What error do you get? Are you saying you can't log in at all?
I too am having the same issue. I subscribed to Premium, it shows that I have a Premium subscription in my online overview, but in my desktop application it is still showing ads and says "Upgrade" at the top, which I already did. I even tried uninstalling the desktop software and reinstalling it, but that didn't help. How can this be resolved?
