Premium not working

Premium not working

Upgraded to premium, have the receipt. Does not seem to be working, still have ads and still says to upgrade. I tried clicking upgrade again and it showed I was already premium, I've tried everything I've found so far on this site and no dice. I've seen many similar posts. Various solutions. please help.

I signed up for premium with the 30 day trial and it doesn't work...it says I don't have premium on my mobile device iv re-enstalled ,signed out and in many times with no luck.
Any help please..

I also just bought the premium on the note 2. went to play my music and says I need to upgrade. uninstalled and installed again and still not fixed. logged out and back in, nothing happened. waste of 10 dollars a month for a service I cant use on my mobile

Having the same issue. This is really poor service. Talk about buyers remorse. How many customers have cancelled because of this? 

here's the fix i discovered:

log out, uninstall app, reinstall, log in.

Please help, I upgraded to premium and now premium is not wortking on my android. Thanks

There you'll find steps to check the status of your subscription.

Ditto as these guys. Just upgraded maybe an hour ago. Got a receipt, reinstalled, relogged in and out, but spotify still gives me no indication that i have upgraded and I cannot stream albums 😞

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Sometimes there can be a slight delay between upgrading your account and it being recognised on all your devices.

Try logging out of Spotify, fully restarting your device and then logging in again.

I'm having the same issues. Premium is not working after I have signed up and given all card info. So I don't know what to do, I see where someone posted: try logging in and out a few times. Seriously? Is that what I need to do? Help!!!

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

First thing to check is your account is successfully upgraded to premium on your online account. If it is, but its not being recognised by your devices then I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post.

I just upgraded to Premium, and want to sync with my ipod manually (its only a shuffle so doesn't have much space). Spotify won't sync and just says 'Get Missing' when I try select the sync key. 

 

Second problem: I keep having to reinstall spotify to open it. Otherwise, it won't open.

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Spotify can only sync local files which you already own to an iPod Shuffle, that is why it is telling you to "Get Missing" tracks, since you need to purchase those tracks seperately. There is more information about iPod integration in Spotify over in this topic. Since there is no supported Spotify application for iPod shuffle, you can't sync Spotify catalogue content to those devices.

I followed the instructions on the post and reinstalled spotify, but its still saying the same thing

I did a fresh install of the app and restarted my phone. It's working now but a little sketchy at times.

I am having the same problem. Just bought premium and it shows I can't use the features on mobile.

I can't access my premium account on my iPhone for anything.. I have tried both facebooks and they both tell me I only have radio.. Why did I pay for this to only have radio? I can see on my account on safari I have premium but not on the app it doesn't let me do anything...
