Hello

so this is my problem. I have the premium plan on a Samsung s8. For about 2month every time I try to download an album or song it keeps giving me an "download error" message saying I have no more space. I've try removing albums,loggin out and back in and nothing seems to be working. I have tried some of what was said on the community board and nothing works.

It's not a question of space but there is a limit of 3,333 downloads per device on each of 3 devices. All you can do is to turn off the download switch on playlists/albums/artists/songs to reduce your total downloads. You should then be able to download new music.

Hey, so I tried what you suggested and a worked for a few moments and them same error again.I actually put all my album off and it still gave me the same message.
