Problem syncing local files to my phone

I am trying to sync local files from my computer to my phone.  I added the songs to a playlist and had spotify up on my computer and my phone and pressed the sync button on my phone.  All the tracks in the playlist downloaded to my phone except the local ones where were grayed out.  After about 8 attempts I managed to get the local songs in another playlist to download, but I still can't get most of them to download.

nvm, I relaunched spotify on my computer and now it seems to be working fine
