Problem with Available Offline playlists not playing offline

Hi - I am a Premium user and I have a problem with Available Offline playlists looking like the are downloaded, but only some songs playing. The ones that don't play, look like they are playing (song progress marker is moving), but no sound (obivously the volume is up!...). Any ideas on how to fix the bug. I'm using a Smasung Galaxy GT-18190N. Any help is appeciated. Thanks.

Hiya. Is this happening with local files you have synched or downloaded spotify music? They all have the green downloaded symbol by them?

It sounds like the tracks may have not finished downloading completely (it can take some time, depending on the number of tracks). What happens if you undownload one of the playlists from the context menu (long touch or the ellipsis) then make it available offline again?

Thanks Joe. They are downloaded tracks from Spotify. They do have the green download symbol by them, but I think you might be right and they haven't fully downloaded properly. I got a new phone about 5 days ago and so Spotify is downloading all (1200ish) tracks in High Quality. I have tried unchecking and then re-checking this particular playlist (of about 100 tracks) and it does say 89% (or whatever) downloaded - then appears to complete, but the problem remains - so maybe it hasn't completed. I'll give it some more time and uncheck and re-check the Available Offline option. Hopefully it will rectify. I am hooked up to fairly good wifi - so that's not the problem.

I find that % downloaded counter to be a bit erratic 🙂 Let me know how you get on please 🙂
