Problem with landscape mode - Spotify on Android

Upgraded to spotify premium to use with my phone and tablet but the software won't rotate to landscape mode. I've tried looking through all the menus and checked that auto rotate is on but it still stays in portrait mode.

I am sure I am missing something obvious but could anyone point me to where I should click? As you can imagine it looks pretty silly in my dock with everyone having to turn their heads to change songs 🙂
